Whole Leadership

Whole Leadership is the intentional integration of personal, relational, and organizational leadership capacities—rooted in self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and aligned action.  There are four grounding characteristics that describe Whole Leaders.

 Relationally intelligent – Able to build trust, communicate with empathy, and foster belonging

 At Leader for Life Foundation, our mission is to cultivate whole leaders—individuals who lead from the inside out by integrating self-awareness, relational intelligence, and purposeful action.
